Disability and Disaster Risk Reduction Conference on 15-17 May

Disaster Management and Relief Minister Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury Maya said this conference will be held at the BICC conference center in the capital. He said this at a meeting of the sub-committee on Tuesday to celebrate International Conference on Disability and Disaster Risk Reduction at the Secretariat.The minister said, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will inaugurate the conference on May 15 at 10am. Besides, Prime Minister's daughter Saima Hossain will be present at the conference. This conference is being done by the direct guidance and inspiration of Saima Hossain. Two thousand foreign and foreign delegates will participate in the inaugural session of the conference. Meanwhile, representatives from 17 countries have registered. Over 40 articles have been submitted.
