BTRC is building its own building

BTRC building is being constructed at a cost of Tk 202.65 crore. All costs of the project will be borne by the government.The project will be implemented by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) and Public Works Department under the Postal and Telecommunications Department.The project, which will be completed in July, will be completed in June 2020. The project site has been set in the city's center of Sher-e-Bangla Nagar.According to the BTRC sources, the company has not rented its own buildings, and currently operates a rented office of 1,12,000 sq ft of three floors of the Engineers Institute of Bangladesh (IEW) in Ramnaath, which is inadequate compared to the demand.
