Religious Affairs Principal Motiur Rahman has urged people of all walks of society to work together to create terrorism, militancy and the drug-free society, according to people's representatives, government officials, religious leaders.
He called on the interfaith dialogue program organized by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Divisional Commissioner of Mymensingh on Monday morning.The minister said, the country has gained the status of a developing country under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. To reach the country's status in the country in 2041, terrorism, militancy and the drug-free society will be set up. For that, people's representatives, government officials, religious leaders, people of all walks of society must work together against militancy, terrorism and drugs.The minister said, after the formation of the government led by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, the activities of the Ministry of religion have been expanded. Through this religious and moral education is being made citizen of religious values.The Minister urged religious leaders to play a more responsible role in the fight against militancy, terrorism, drugs, child marriage, dowry and violence against women.Mymensingh Divisional Commissioner G.M. Salehuddin chaired the interfaith dialogue speech as Secretary, Ministry of Religious Affairs. Anisur Rahman, Director General of Islamic Foundation Samim Mohammad Afzal, Ministry of Religious Affairs Joint Secretary ABM Aminullah Nuri, Additional DIG Dr. Md.
