Syrian rebel-controlled East Guaaty Saturday killed at least 70 deadly chemical attacks.

However, voluntary rescue workers and medical sources demanded use of chemical weapons.Volunteer organization The White Helmets tweeted a picture of a body with several bodies below a building. They said the number of casualties could increase.Initially white helmets killed a number of 150 victims. But later they deleted the tweets.
