BNP leader Mirza Fakhrul Islam has said in the student movement that the government will bring 'proper reform' if its party goes to power.
He demanded the release of the students detained by condemning the attacks on the students in the movement.BNP secretary general said this at a press conference at the party's central office at Nayapaltan on Monday noon.He said, "There is no substitute for merit if we really want to build this country. From this point of view, we have taken the matter into consideration logically, in Vision 2030, that in order to ensure merit evaluation, proper recruitment will be done in the recruitment process. The rest of the quota system will be reformed without the quota of freedom fighters, women and marginalized ethnic groups''.
