There is only one labor appellate tribunal and seven labor courts in the country under the Ministry of Labor and Employment.
Three of the seven courts are located in Dhaka city, two in Chittagong, one in Khulna and one in Rajshahi.There are no labor courts in the rest of Rangpur, Sylhet, Barisal and Mymensingh divisions. So a poor worker of these departments has to go to another department to get justice. That's a very difficult and expensive opinion for them, the Ministry of Labor and Employment.So the Ministry of Labor and Employment has taken initiatives to form three labor courts in Sylhet, Barisal and Rangpur divisions. Recently, a labor ministry report found this information.It is said in the report that the country's economy is growing. The trade and commerce of the country is being expanded. The Labor Court has an important role to play in the art of fondness. As the existing seven labor courts are located in the old four divisional cities, the trial candidates of Sylhet, Barisal and Rangpur Division will be sued in Chittagong, Khulna and Rajshahi cities respectively. Which is painful and expensive for a poor worker. As a result, people of these regions are deprived of justice.
