Trading Corporation of Bangladesh (TCB) will sell goods at affordable prices to keep market prices stable during the upcoming Ramadan.
According to TCB's plan, the company has planned to purchase sugar, 2,000 metric tons, musk dal 1,550 metric tonnes, oil 1,000 metric tons or 10 lakh 86 thousand 957 liters, gram 1,955 metric tonnes and date 1000 metric tonnes.The information was given at a meeting of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Trade Ministry in the Parliament House on Thursday. It is said in the meeting that the imported granules and musk dal from Australia will arrive at the Chattagam port very fast and will be redeemed at all the regional offices of TCB and on the occasion of Ramadan, plans to sell TCB products to the general public through 187 trucks in divisional and district towns.
