Referring to Islam as the religion of peace, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said her government has been working to bring the true education of Islam to the people.
The Prime Minister said, 'Islam is the religion of peace. We are keeping an eye on this peace'.Referring to the people of all religions living in this country, the Prime Minister said, 'The people of every religion can independently perform their respective religion in this country. That was the father's consciousness and thought of the Father of the Nation. So he said that secularism is not religion, but freedom of religion, but freedom of religion. Which is also the key word for Islam. Because Islam is respecting all religions. Bangladesh will be formed in such a unconstitutional spirit, we want that.The Prime Minister said this while inaugurating Model Mosque and Islamic Cultural Center at 9 places in the first phase under a project titled 560 Model Mosque and Islamic Cultural Center in each district and upazila.
