To implement the DAP, the priority of the people will be priority.He said this while presiding over the 12th meeting of the cabinet committee formed to meet the Detailed Area Plan (DAP) review prepared by the capital development authority at the conference room of the Local Government Division in the Secretariat.Environment and Forests Minister Anisul Islam Mahmud, Land Minister Shamsur Rahman Sharif, Senior Secretary of the Local Government Division Dr.Zafar Ahmed Khan and Housing and Public Works Secretary Senior officials and members of the concerned ministry including Shahidullah Khandakar were also present.The minister said, the use of land should be ensured as the people get maximum benefit. Environmental risk factors should also be considered for changing the class of land. Establishment of industrial factories in the residential area creates risk for the citizen's health. So this matter should be considered seriously.
