Common people are being harassed because of false cases. The Parliamentary Standing Committee on the Ministry of Justice and Parliamentary Affairs recommends taking necessary action to stop this harassment.
In the meeting of the committee, the overall function of the judiciary has been advised to take effective action to reduce the complexity of the judiciary and the suitability of the cases.The meeting was held in the Parliament House on Tuesday, while Chairman of the Committee Abdul Matin Khasru presided over the meeting. Committee member said. Tajul Islam Chowdhury, Begum Sahara Khatun and Md. Shamsul Haque Tuku and relevant officials were present.According to the committee sources, in the meeting, district-based recruitment for recruitment of subordinate employees in the district judge, creation of computer operator posts for assistant judges, structural development of the bar council and regular training of judges is recommended.
