Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has called the owners of private banks to Ganobhaban on Tuesday evening to resolve the crisis caused by the bank sector.

It will be known that members of the board of directors including the chairman of private banks will be present.According to sources, the Prime Minister invited the bank's entrepreneurs' dinner for themselves. There is a meeting before this. The Prime Minister will direct the overall banking sector to bring down interest rates in one position, reduce default loans and stop anarchy.According to the Bangladesh Bank, traders in the country's 57 commercial banks are now taking interest in two-digit interest. Of these, some banks are leveraging interest rates higher than 15 percent against the loans given to the industry.
