The ruling Awami League has formed a five-member committee to investigate the party's agitation-grouping and why the party candidates are being defeated in the elections.
The committee was formed after the meeting of the central executive council of Awami League at the Prime Minister's official Ganobhaban residence on Saturday evening.Several leaders present at the meeting confirmed this. Awami League presidium member Kazi Jafarullah led the committee. Joint general secretary Mahbub ul Alam Hanif said. Dipu Moni, Jahangir Kabir Nanak and Md.Abdur Rahman.Most of the leaders present at the meeting said that the party's publicity secretary Hasan Mahmud spoke in the meeting with the context of the party's agitation. Then the whole meeting discussed the issue of resolving the dispute at different levels of the party, almost all the central leaders discussed.
