Egypt's current ruling president Abdul Fattah al-Sisi has won the second time in a controversial election in Egypt.
More than half of the media in the country have reported on the basis of primary results. The CC has been elected with nearly 92 percent of the vote in the elections.Local media reported that about two crore three million people applied their franchise among six million voters. However, at least two million voters wrote the names of other candidates on the ballot papers. As a result, these votes were canceled.The election for three days-old controversial presidential election began in Egypt on Monday. The voters' presence was less because the opposition boycotted the polls. In the election, the only rival of the current President Abdul Fattah al-Sisi was his supporter Mostafa Musa Mustafa.Prior to the poll, at least six candidates have been forced to stay away from the elections. Some of them are now in jail. After expressing interest in the presidential election, former army chief Sami Anan was detained. He was considered as the leading contender of President Sisi.
