Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has called back the international community to continue the pressure on Burma to take back Rohingyas.
He said this when the World Health Organization (Hu-SEAR) regional head on Wednesday met him.Later, the press briefing was briefed by the Press Secretary of the Prime Minister Ihsanul Karim. She said, the Prime Minister said, "Bangladesh has given shelter to more than 10 million Rohingyas considering humanity. But the pressure of the international community must be kept in view of their rehabilitation. "
He said Bangladesh has been in touch with five neighboring neighboring countries especially Myanmar to resolve this crisis.
The Press Secretary said that Sheikh Hasina told Poonam Kshetra Singh, Regional Director of WHO-SIARO, besides the other resources on Rohingya issue, 28 thousand people of Bangladesh have been working day and night for the management and service of the Rohingya who are dependent.
The Prime Minister told the Poonam fielder that her government has provided biometric registration and identity cards to the people of Myanmar forcibly displaced, who have entered Bangladesh so that their rehabilitation work is easy.
