Besides, the lack of skilled professionals, the lower ratio of doctors and nurses, and the number of doctors for every 10 thousand people is also less. As a result, delicate arrangements in the health sector appear. The victims of the overall mismanagement are marginal and low-income groups.According to a survey conducted by Safe City in Dhaka city, 84 percent of women said that the communication system and services in this city are unsafe. Studies have shown that women are constantly being harassed.
