Chief Whip ASM Feroz of the Jatiya Sangsad has urged foreigners to invest more in Bangladesh.
He said, "Bangladesh is a harmonious country in the world. It is now a peaceful democratic country''.He said this at a reception on the occasion of Bangladesh's Independence and National Day organized by organizing permanent mission in Geneva, local time on Monday.
He is leading a participating Bangladesh delegation to attend 138th Inter Parliamentary Union (IPU) conference. During the speech, Chief Whip, architect of Bangladesh and Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and freedom fighters of freedom struggle remembered the martyred freedom fighters with great reverence.
Chief Whip highlighted various aspects of Bangladesh's success, saying Bangladesh is celebrating 47 years of independence through a glorious period. Under the strong leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Bangladesh is now going to get the status of a developing country.
Calling upon foreign investors to invest in Bangladesh, she said, law and order situation in Bangladesh is normal. For investment, there are all the facilities available for manpower and industrialization available. Investing in Bangladesh for foreigners is safe and profitable. So you invest more in Bangladesh.
