Industrial Secretary Mohammad Abdullah has advised the boiler attendants to make a positive contribution to strengthen industrial safety and environment-friendly production.
On Tuesday, he gave the suggestion at the distribution of certificates at the Ministry of Industries.In the ceremony, certificates were distributed between the first-grade boiler attendants who passed the examination conducted by the Inspector's Office of the Chief Boilers under the ministry of industries to prevent accidents in the industrial factory.
Industry Secretary said the boiler is involved in industrial production. Boiler operators can be effective in preventing industrial accidents by conducting boilers with responsibilities and professionalism. By 2041, the challenge of building a developed and prosperous Bangladesh will be to increase the use of safe boilers in the industrial factories by five times.
In the chairmanship of the chief boiler inspector Mohammad Abdul Mannan, a member of the Boiler Testing Board examiner and associate professor of BUET Dr. AKM Manzoor Morshed, Member Secretary of the Board. Sharafat Ali and trained bowel minister Raihan Kaiser spoke in the speech.
The industrial secretary said, to achieve the goal of building industrialized Bangladesh, the service activities of all the companies under the ministry of the Ministry including the Inspector's Office of the Chief Boilers have been made modern and dynamic. Meanwhile, with the transparency in the service of the ministry, besides simplifying the services and giving preference to the service seekers. Currently, the contribution of the industrial sector to total national production has increased to 32 percent. In order to build industrialized Bangladesh, contribution of industrial sector to GDP will be increased to 40 percent.
