One person was injured when a parcel bomb exploded in a warehouse in the courier service firm FedEx near San Antonio, Texas, USA.
The explosion took place in the FedEx warehouse in Swett city on Monday night.The San Antonio Fire Department said in a Twitter message that the parcel contained nails and metal sharp objects. It exploded at some local time after midnight.
In the past few weeks, a bomb blast took place in Texas for the fifth time. Earlier, four bomb blasts in the Capital of Texas, Austin, killed two and wounded four. The police are investigating whether the incident of the previous four blasts occurred on Monday.
FBI spokesman Michael Lee said, "We are investigating whether it is relevant to our ongoing investigation. Until we get the chance to see the evidence, we are not sure about the matter''.
