The mobile court of Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) will take disciplinary action against the owner of the house if found in the house of Edis mosquito breeding ground.
As part of the 'Transparent Dhaka' program on the occasion of 98th birth anniversary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, DSCC Mayor Mohammad Said Khokan said in the meeting as the chief guest at a discussion meeting in Nagarbhon, "Mobile court will be conducted in the house on April 8." At home, the breeding ground of the Edis mosquito can be found or larvae, according to the law, the amount of money will be imposed on the owner, the prisoner - and in some cases both will be punished.
During this he explained the law and said, "There are provisions for giving us under the 696 and 277 of the Penal Court. We do not want any citizen to be in a state of embarrassment. Besides, no other citizen should be affected due to any negligence of anybody. '
