BRAC Bank will raise the authorized capital

The board of directors of the bank took this decision.This information was given on Wednesday (March 14th) by the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).It has been said that BRAC Bank will raise capital up to Tk 200 crore from capital of Tk 120 crore. At the same time, the company will correct some paragraphs of the memorandum. To this end, the approval of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) and the company's shareholders will accept the capital market regulatory body and on behalf of the shareholders, the company has called on the special general meeting (EGM) on April 26. The EGM will be held at BRAC CDM at Savar on that day at 10am. It is also known that record date has been fixed on April 3.
