In a congratulatory message today, the Prime Minister said, "I am happy to congratulate you on your re-election and again the leadership of the Russian Federation''.He said Russia is enjoying peace, stability, progress and prosperity under Putin's dynamic leadership.Prime Minister hoped that Putin's political wisdom will lead to the success of the Russian Federation and its people.Describing Russia as a historically trusted friend, Sheikh Hasina said that this friendship has been strengthened in the past years. He expressed hope that the bilateral relations led by Putin will be strengthened in the future.
