The Appellate Division has given the permission to appeal to the ACC and the state party against the bail order given.

The Supreme Court has decided that the bail of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia will be postponed till 8 May.

The petitioner and the ACC will have to submit the fertilizer summons within two weeks for appeals hearing on bail. And in the next two weeks, the defendants will have to summarize.

A four-member appeals bench, headed by Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain, granted the order on the leave and appeal of ACC and state parties on Monday.

Before the order, the Chief Justice said, "It is our decision."

Advocate Khurshid Alam Khan and attorney general Mahbubey Alam for the prosecution were present in the court during the order.

Barrister Rafiq-ul-Haq, Barrister Moudud Ahmed, AJ Mohammad Ali, Mahbubuddin Khokan and Zainul Abedin were on behalf of Khaleda Zia.
