At least 30 people have been killed in a military strike by the government forces in eastern rebels in Syrian rebel-dominated East.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a UK-based observer organization, said the Syrian government launched a series of attacks on Saturday. Many people have been killed in these attacks. News Al Jazeera

The observer said the civilians were fleeing from rebel areas. Thousands of people have fled from the past few days. The Syrian army is operating in the area for almost a month.

At least 10 thousand people escaped from Shani on Saturday. There the air strikes continued. On Friday, 46 civilians were killed in Kafr Batna district. Six of them are children. On Friday morning 12 to 13 thousand people fled from the city of Damascus.

Due to war conflicts, people trapped in these areas are living in food and humanitarian crises. Almost 4 million people are in acute food shortage and lack of medical supplies. According to Red Cross, nearly 25 lorry food aid has been reached in the eastern Ghouta Duma district.
