Bangladesh prison going out of 100 years old jail The work of making new rules out of the British jurisdiction made in 1894 is going on.
Kara authorities have said that 80 reviews of 159 old rules have been completed.The prison authorities say that there are 159 laws in the new jurisdiction. Of these, 80 reviewing of the law has ended. After all the review of the law will be sent to the Ministry of Law. Then the cabinet will be sent to parliament for passing the law.By ending all the proceedings, the Prison Inspector General (IG Prison) Brig Gen Syed Iftekhar Uddin expressed hope that new prisoners will be implemented in this year.At a press conference on the occasion of the week-long celebration of the prison authorities who celebrate the historic success of the country's progress in recognition of developing countries.IG Prison said that after the new law, it will be possible to start the whole process to build the prison as a correction. Presently the Prison Act of 1894 is effective and the current jail code was introduced in 1864. But we are preparing the Prison Act before. The jail code will be formulated in the light of the Prison Act.
