The theme of this year is "Come to the sleeping state, enjoy life".Studies show that at least 100 million people in the world do not have adequate sleep. In addition, 22 million Americans suffer from sleepiness. Studies also show that the body clock is delayed by 45 minutes for more than two hours on weekends. As a result, the sleeping night is less sleeping, the next day seems to be tired, the body and mind are not suitable for work. For this reason, researchers suggested to sleep for 8 hours per night. Researchers have advised to stay 6 to 8 minutes in the sun for getting vitamin 'D' on weekends. Because the sunlight keeps the clock fit.
