Today (Thursday) World Consumer Rights Day With the initiative of Consumers International (CI), more than 240 organizations from 120 countries, including 120 organizations in Bangladesh, will run the program through various programs.
The theme of the year has been determined to ensure greater transparency and fairness in the digital market. National Day of the National Consumer Rights Protection Program will be organized throughout the country through various programs.
On the occasion of the day, rallies and seminars have been organized in the city including the capital city. The rally will be held at the National Museum at Shahbagh at 8:30 am and ends in Osmani Memorial Auditorium on Thursday.
A seminar was organized at 10 o'clock in Osmani Auditorium. Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed will be the chief guest at the seminar. The meeting will be chaired by the National Directorate of Consumer Rights Protection Directorate. Shafiqul Islam Lashkar.
On the occasion of the day, the poster has been inserted in various markets and spectacular places of the capital. On this occasion, special publications have been published on the theme of the day in the top daily newspapers published from Dhaka and a talk-show organized for various public and private TV channels.
