He said, through community clinic, the primary health care of the remote areas of the country has been ensured. By forming a planned family, life has to be developed more beautifully.
Biren also said that all kind of development is meaningful if the population is in control. There will be more awareness in this regard.
Biren Shikdar said this while addressing the inaugural function of two day-long family planning fair titled 'Garb Country in the planned family, Development and prosperity Bangladesh' organized by District Administration and Family Planning Department at district collectorate ground at noon today.
Biren Shikdar said, if Bangabandhu was not born then Bangladesh would not have been. He said, March is a very important and proud month for the Bengali nation.
He said, the historic 7 March speech of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman united and emanated the whole nation on the principle of independence. Which today has become the unique document of world heritage. On March 26, Bangabandhu officially declared independence and liberated the people of the subcontinent.
