Indian pace bowler Mohammad Shami has been named in the inquiry against the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
The wife has been accused of raping a paternal aunt, physically-mentally tortured or even raping Vasur, wife Hassin Jahan. BCCI Shami, who was embarrassed by such a serious allegation against a cricketer, has already been dropped from the central contract.
A few days ago, Hasin complained that Shami had taken money from a person in Dubai. Members of the Committee of Administrators (COA) also heard an audio recording of Shami and his wife on the matter. From that record, it is known that a person named Mohammed Bhai used to send money through a Pakistani woman, to Shamir.
After this, the COA has ordered to investigate the Anti-Corruption Commission for taking Shamir's money. Anti-Corruption and Security Unit (ACSU) chief Niraj Kumar will investigate this incident. The board has given Niraj a week to submit an investigation report.
