Awami League presidium member Mohammad Nasim said that the next general election will be under Sheikh Hasina's government.
He said, 'In 2009, elections will be held under Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. Then the administration along with the law enforcement forces will be directed by the Election Commission. Yet the BNP is afraid to come to the polls'.He said this while addressing the Department of Medical Research organized by Bangladesh Medical Association at Sher-e Bangla Medical College Auditorium in Barisal on Sunday.Health and family welfare minister Mohammad Nasim told BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia, "Come from abroad, take part in the elections, and play the final match''.
