Reducing the sufferings of the service seekers will reduce the risk of red-tape.Rashed Khan Menon said, currently there are about 5000 travel agencies registered in the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism. Approximately 8 million people stranded abroad for various purposes are required to depend on these travel agencies for other facilities including airline tickets. The online travel agency management system software has been created to complete all processes online including registration and renewal of travel agencies.
