Party vice-chairman Khandaker Mahbub Hossain said BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia is not in the habit of fleeing.
He said this at a protest rally organized by the National Press Club on Friday noon.BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia and senior vice-chairman of the party Tarique Rahman demanded the withdrawal of all the cases organized by the Bangladesh Nationalist Party.Khandaker Mahbub Hossain, criticizing the Awami League leaders' remarks about Khaleda Zia going to London, said, "Awami League leaders say someone is fleeing Begum Zia has escaped." Someone says he will not come back. But we have seen those who fled from this country during 1/11. Khaleda Zia does not have the habit of running away''.He said, "Awami League knows very well that Begum Zia will outline the supportive government back from London. And fearing that the Awami League leaders are being talked about by the people''.
