Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has expressed deep shock at the death of the father of Shahid Matiur Rahman, father of Azhar Ali Mallik.
On Tuesday, in a condolence statement, he prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to his bereaved family.Azhar Ali Mallik died at 8:00 pm in a hospital in Uttara. He was 96 years old. He left many relatives, grandchildren, friends, well-wishers and well-wishers.In the statement, Sheikh Hasina said that during the mass upsurge of late Ajah Ali Ali, standing beside the body of martyr Matiur Rahman asked for liberation of Bangabandhu. He (Azhar Ali) has been working as a well-wisher of Awami League holding the spirit of liberation war. In his death, Awami League lost a dedicated soul.
