Court issues warrant against Arafat Sani in court.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Zakir Hossain Tipu issued an arrest warrant against him on Sunday as the charge sheet was not present in court.At the same time, charges of torture (charge sheet) were filed against Sani for Dowry made by Nasrin Akter. Arafat Sanir started the formal trial by forming the allegation.Muraduzzaman, a lawyer of Arafat Sanir, said, "The hearing on the charge of the case was fixed on Sunday. But the accused in the case Arafat Suni Chikunaguna. That is why he could not appear before the court. He applied for time on his behalf. But the court rejected it and issued an arrest warrant against him and ordered the formation of the complaint''.
