Dhaka Metropolitan Freedom Fighter Kamandar Amir Hossain Molla has filed a petition in the case filed against 12 people.
Including Awami League MP Ilias Uddin Mollah, on 17 August.The case was fixed on Sunday to submit the investigation report. However, the investigation officer of the case Rupnagar Police Station Sub-Inspector Mehdi Hasan filed a month's application for submitting the report.After the hearing, Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Lutfar Rahman Das granted the application on time and fixed the date for submission of the report on 17th August.Earlier, on July 2, the court filed the case against Ameer Hossain Molla's sister Mahela Begum (48). The court took the plaintiff's statement and ordered the Rupnagar Police Station to investigate the case and submit the report.
