Bangladesh and Sri Lanka exchange their undergraduate and graduate level students in their higher education institutions.
A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the two countries.The information was given by Bangladesh University Grants Commission (UGC) in a press release on Sunday.It has been said that on 14 July, a Memorandum of Understanding signed between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka to help the higher education in the Prime Minister's Office In the presence of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and Sri Lankan President Mithripala Sirisena, Chairman of the University Grants Commission Professor Abdul Mannan and Sri Lanka's State Minister of Higher Education and Highways Mohan Lal Group signed the Memorandum of Understanding for the two countries.Under the agreement, two countries will encourage the development, implementation and development of joint universities or diploma programs at the graduation, post-graduation and PhD level of their universities. The government of both the countries exchange their undergraduate and graduate level students in their higher education institutions. Apart from this, according to the agreement, the two countries will cooperate in the recognition of academic and professional degrees, diplomas, certificates and other matters given in the light of the rules of their respective organizations.
