Weightlifting referee and player training course started on Saturday in support of the Bangladesh Weightlifting Federation.
National Sports Council (NSC) and Bangladesh Olympic Association (BOA).National Sports Council Secretary Ashok Kumar Biswas inaugurated the course as the chief guest of the weightlifting federation's gymnasium. Acting Secretary General of Bangladesh Olympic Association Ashikur Rahman Miku was the special guest.Presided over by the Vice-President of Federation, Firoz Khan, the function was addressed by General Secretary Narayan Chandra Debnath and Chairman of Technical Committee Mohammad Mokbul Ahmed and joint secretary Shah Jalal Mukul.Interested in participating in the second phase referee and player training course, can apply in the prescribed form by the Federation Office on August 10. Vice Chairman of ARK Group paid money to the monthly scholarship of the players during the training opening ceremony.
