Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisena will leave Dhaka for the country on Saturday after a three-day state visit to Bangladesh.
He will leave Dhaka for Colombo after joining the business dialogue organized by the Foreign Ministry, MCCI and Bidar jointly organized at a local hotel in Dhaka on Saturday morning.The aircraft carrying Sirisena reached Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at around 11:30 pm on Thursday. President Abdul Hamid welcomed him there.That night dinner and discussion meeting was held in honor of Sirisena, organized by a gas leak in Bangladesh at a city hotel.On the second day of the tour, Sirisena held a meeting with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at her office on Friday. At the time, a contract with Bangladesh and 13 memorandums of understanding was signed with Sri Lanka.Sirisena arrived at the Prime Minister's Office at 9:55 am in the morning.
