Despite differences among the various political organizations and parties, BNP leader Moudud Ahmed felt it needed national unity to put pressure on the government.
In a discussion at the National Press Club on Saturday noon, he said, "We are all talking about the compromise. They (power-ups) have created a lot of resources through corruption, they could lose that stock - they would not want to give up their fears.'Ideal citizen movement' organized by organizing a discussion on 'Continued forgery and murder-kidnapping in the country: Danger civil society'.Moudud Ahmed said, "To create pressure on them (government), national unity has to be created.Many of us may have anger, sorrow, pain, many complaints and disagreements, but we agree on one thing: I will bring back democracy practice in the country''.Moudud Ahmed, one of the key policymakers of the BNP, said that the government should deal with people to strengthen the parliament including the Election Commission, the Anti-Corruption Commission, the Public Service Commission, to protect democracy through national unity.
