Before going to London for treatment, BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia had met with members of the National Policy Committee on the policy formulation forum.
The meeting was held at BNP's political office in Gulshan on Thursday night at 9pm.In the meeting chaired by Khaleda Zia, the secretary general of the party, Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, said. Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain, Barrister Moudud Ahmed, Barrister Jamir Uddin Sarker, Tariqul Islam, Mirza Abbas, Gayeshwar Chandra Roy, Nazrul Islam Khan and Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury were also present.In his absence, he has been responsible for organizing the team and mobilizing the organization.Although not officially told, the party sources said that Saturday's BNP leader will go to London on Saturday. He is going to London for treatment of eyes and hats. His elder son and senior vice-chairman of the party in London will be in Tarique Rahman's house. But when he returned to London after the London tour, it is not yet finalized. Party high level leaders speculate that he will return to Bangladesh with a lot of decision on the various issues related to the treatment and Tarique Rahman.
