After this, smart card distribution will be started between the citizens of Rangpur City Corporation on August 6.He said that on July 18, Election Commissioner Kabita Khanam and Brigadier General (retd) Shahadat Hossain Chowdhury will inaugurate the smartcard distribution program. Apart from this, smart card will be distributed among the citizens of Rangpur City Corporation on August 6; The EC has approved the documents in this regard.
