The court rejected the application for Hasnat Reza Karim's bail in the case filed under the Anti Terrorism Act in the case of Holi Artisan.
Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge Kamrul Hossain Molla rejected the hearing on Wednesday.Abdul Mannan Khan on behalf of Hasnat Reza Karim.In the hearing, he said that the accused's name does not have the name of his client. Besides, those who confessed confessional statement in the case also did not mention Hasnat Karim's name.He further said, Hasnat Karim has been kept in jail for more than a year. He is suffering from diabetes and heart disease. So, he prayed for granted bail.
