State Minister for Health and Family Welfare Zahid Malek said Tuesday that World Population Day will be celebrated on tomorrow.
He told this at a press conference organized on the occasion of 28th World Population Day in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare at the Secretariat on Monday.Zahid Malik said that the day is celebrated for the first time in 90 countries on this day (July 11) of 90 countries. The theme of this year's day is 'Family Planning: People's Empowerment, Development of the Nation'.He said that the inauguration ceremony and discussion meeting was organized at 10.45 am in the morning at Osmani Memorial Auditorium. Health Minister Mohammad Nasim will be present as the chief guest.Health and Family Welfare Division Secretary at the press conference. Sirajul Islam and other officials were present.
