The Delhi High Court has issued notice against Indian Finance Minister Arun Jaitley.
The notice was issued against Arun Jaitley, the then Chief of the Company in the DDCA case.Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has filed a petition in the High Court in the case against Jaitley. In 1993-3003, Kejriwal appealed to the High Court to inquire about the detailed details of every meeting of the Delhi and District Cricket Board or the DDCA Executive Committee and every moment of the incident.In the case of the case, Jaitley filed defamation suit against five leaders in Delhi High Court, Kejriwal, Ashutosh, Kumar Biswas and others. He filed a defamation suit demanding Tk 10 crore compensation. But now he has been given notice from the High Court. Arun Jaitley was the head of DDC for a long time. The next hearing of the case will be fixed on 28th.
