The helpline will help in the online BCS application

The Public Service Commission (PSC) has launched helpline to solve various problems of BCS examinees. But the helpline phone number was not announced yet.The helpline will be open during the entire process from the start date of the BCS application on Monday from 10th July to the 38th BCS.PSC Chairman Dr. Mohammad Sadiq said, "All the information and procedures related to the application have been mentioned in the notification. Yet the candidates did not understand the problem. We have several complaints that they can not apply. For these reasons the helpline is being introduced''.He said that many changes have been made in the BCS examinations. He said that now the PSC has brought a lot of changes in the BCS exam. It is noteworthy that candidates must have national identity cards, examinations will be examined by two examiners, and even two versions of Bangla and English have the opportunity to test.He further said, the applicant must be mentioned at the time of applying the application, which version of any version willing to take the test. Only the version of the candidate who will be tested in that version will be allocated. There will be no opportunity to change the version in the testing center.
