Curriculum also requires change in world-class education

He said-''Education is a continuous process and it rotates in line with the needs of the era. Dhaka University has been working continuously to fulfill the aspiration of the nation as the headquarters of higher education. I hope our innovation and practical knowledge will not only ensure national prosperity, but also contribute to the welfare of the world''.The President said this while addressing a special convocation of University of Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Building at the University of Dhaka on Tuesday afternoon.International Atomic Energy Agency Director General Yukiya Amano was present as the convocation speaker. In that convocation, he was awarded Doctor of Laws degree. Yukiya Amano spoke on 'Nuclear power in peace and development'.The President said, "As a university of higher education, universities must be motivated to develop knowledge with the latest and latest innovation technology. Although the main responsibility of the university to illuminate the knowledge of the students, the role of the university as a center of creativity and independent thought is very important. The extent of knowledge has increased manifold due to the expansion of science and technology. The expansion of IT has made this level more vigorous''.
