Disaster Management and Relief Minister Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury Maya said that the government will be with them until the suffering of floods flooded.
They will be given all types of food assistance and necessary medicines.He said this while distributing relief among flood-stricken people at Sadipur Bazar in Kulaura upazila of Moulvibazar on Tuesday.This information was given in a statement signed by Mohammad Omar Farooq Dewan, Senior Information Officer of the Disaster Management and Relief Ministry.Local MP Abdul Matin, Secretary of Disaster Management and Relief Md. Shah Kamal, Director General of Disaster Management Department Riaz Ahmed, Moulvibazar Zila Parishad Chairman Azizur Rahman, District Awami League Secretary Nesar Ahmad were present.Maya said people of the area were suffering from the accidental floods and hilly terrain since March. The government has been giving them all kinds of assistance.
