Uganda calls for expert knowledge of Bangladesh

On Monday, Ugandan High Commissioner Elizabeth Pla Napayk called on the President to meet with the President at Bangabhaban, he said.President's Press Secretary Mohammad Zainal Abedin later told reporters that the President said this by mentioning the existing commercial relations between the two friendly states. He said, during the meeting, the High Commissioner expressed his gratitude to the President for cooperating while performing his duties in Bangladesh.The President underscored the need for exchange of high-level visits between the two countries to appraise the prospects.Outgoing High Commissioner appreciated the progress of Bangladesh in the socio-economic sector and expressed his interest in applying these experiences and progress strategies in his own country. He expressed hope that Bangladesh will further improve in the near future.
