World Sports Journalist Day on 2 July. Like many countries of the world, this day will be celebrated in Bangladesh.
The International Sports Journalists Association (AIPS) will be organizing the Bangladesh Players Association Association as an affiliate organization. The day will be celebrated simultaneously in more than 200 countries.On 2 July, 1924, the International Sports Journalism Organization (AIPS) was launched in Paris, France. That day was celebrated as World Sports Journalist Day. Since 1995, the day is celebrated in Bangladesh.On this special day, the Bangladesh Players Association has given greetings and congratulations to all sports journalists and sportspeople in the country. On Sunday, at the Bangabandhu stadium, the day will be celebrated in the domestic environment by cutting cake in the office of the sports club.Later on, according to the tradition, the AIPS Day reception will be acknowledged according to the tradition of the country's leading sports journalists and writers as well as recognition of the work of sports journalists by the BSPA night ceremony.
