Akhtaruzzaman granted the application for the defendant's time to fix the day.In the case of Zia Orphanage Trust case, Khaleda's plea for defense and Zia Charitable Trust case was filed in the Zia Orphanage Trust case, the deputy director of the ACC, Harun-or-Rashid, was scheduled to re-issue Khaleda Zia's request. That is why Khaleda Zia appeared before the court at 11pm. Then the trial began.Initially, Zia Charitable Trust investigation officer Harun-ur-Rashid started questioning for Khaleda Zia. Khaleda Zia's lawyer Abdur Rezzak Khan and Aminul Islam investigated the investigation officer. The Judge fixed the date of the arrest on 6 July, as the inquiry was not completed on 6 July.
