The Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) Director General (DG) Benazir Ahmed said that additional passengers were being taken in some launches.
Such images were seen at Sadarghat.He said, we requested the launch authorities not to take extra passengers on those launches. If they do not accept it then legal action will be taken.He told reporters after visiting the Sadarghat Launch Terminal in Old Dhaka on Saturday noon.Benazir Ahmed said, the awareness among the passengers must be increased. If the passengers see that a launch has been filled then why they will be on the launch? Passengers must have responsibility. There are many launches, so why go on the roof?.
